Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
Handle data entry, document organization, and file management
Assist in social media management and content scheduling
Conduct online research and compile reports
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare reports
Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other remote collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in customer support, social media management, or project coordination is a plus
Availability for flexible working hours
